Sydney | Bondi Beach
After my two months in Australia so far, I have to say that Bondi is my favorite place to spend time! Although the locals might roll their eyes at that, given it’s a huge tourist destination, I think it is with good reason! It’s one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen nestled between the cliffside and the fascinating Bondi Icebergs. I spent my Australian birthday exploring the area and went back a few weeks later after completing the 4 mile coastal walk from Coogee Beach to Bondi Beach (a must-do for anyone visiting Sydney)! I think of it as nicer version of California’s beaches, touristy yes, but not tacky. Once you get off of the main ocean-side street you’ll find some of the best cafes and vintage shops! I was particularly excited to stumble across a Mister Zimi store! A friend told me about this brand when she found out I was heading to Australia and they just have the most beautiful dresses and prints! Here are some of the note-worthy places I’ve gone in Bondi (so far). I’ll come back to this post and add to the lists as I try new places over time!
