If you're anything like me you probably lose a little control over your health during the summer. It's so easy to give in to all the tempting food at festivals and cookouts and it's especially tempting to ditch the gym when you could have drinks al fresco instead. So September felt like a good opportunity to jump back on the fitness bandwagon. My summer schedule has slowed down a ton and I felt the itch to get back to a gym.
Here are a few things I'm doing to be more conscious about my health before the winter months (hopefully by then they'll be a habit again):
- Carrying a water bottle (my BKR) just about every where I go
- Signed up for a gym that offers classes that I like
- Using my free Yoga Studio app
- Purchased a Groupon for Barre classes
